a delicious shake, made as you like it. Add more or less water and make it thicker or thinner. change the ratio of frozen bananas and make it more icy or room temperature.
i had some wilting lemon basil in the fridge and couldnt see wasting it so i blended up this smoothie this morning and its terrific! i guess if you had no lemon basil you could add basil and one lemon for the same refreshing effect
I came up with this with random things on hand and it worked out well. Many different fruits work well with this, but this was my favorite. Enjoy!
my nonraw, brutally honest, husband was sneering at my savory green shakes in the morning. one whiff of the garlic and he begged off. Not wanting him to become a fruit shake-aholic I whipped this up for him….the drama to get it to his lips was amusing but he drank it and asked for more! ;)
