2 (or 1 hungry person) So basically I just got home from college for the weekend and arrived to see beautiful veggies that my mom bought me! Not having access to good raw food for awhile I needed to make a delicious creation for dinner and this is what I came up with.

This is very reminiscent of Pad Thai noodles.

Two This is a very flavoursome salad. You could use other seaweeds also, in the image I used arame and sea spaghetti because I didn't have enough arame.
