A delicious and refreshing dressing using some of the best products from the Coconut Secrets company. This dressing is great served over bed of greens, drizzled over cucumbers, or as a dip for nori rolls. You can find all these new coconut ingredients at http://www.rawguru.com/store
This Rainbow Salad with Spicy Thai Dressing was my first raw food salad I experimented with and is one of my best! The vibrant Rainbow Salad has wonderful mixture of refreshing and crunchy veggies topped with a creamy Spicy Thai Dressing. So enjoy feeling energised and fit with this super salad!
My brother sent me this recipe recently. It was originally intended as a meat marinade, but I found it makes a great salad dressing and veggie dipping sauce. I would love to hear if anyone can come up with other great things to pair with this recipe.
Love was in the air when I served this seductive salad, brimming with nature’s aphrodisiacs, this past Valentine’s Day. Adapted from a recipe found in The New InterCourses: An Aphrodisiac Cookbook, by Martha Hopkins and Randall Lockridge, this continues to be one of my most shared and complimented recipes. My sister first served the original version of this salad to me 4 years ago, and the flavors and sensations that aroused my palette then, continue to hold steady each and every time I make it. Use this salad to reignite the flame in your relationship, and if not, well at least you’ll have a damn good salad that is sure to make you scream out for more!

about 10, depending on how much you like dressings!
I am trying to really cut down on the amount of nuts and oils in my diet, especially since I can tell I have gained weight with all the nut-based Christmas goodies I was eating. So since I couldn't find a salad dressing in any of my recipe books without either a bunch of nuts or a cup of olive oil, I came up with this one tonight and it was a hit! The only fat is from the avocado and one Tbsp of coconut oil, so it's a great low-fat option. Plus coconut oil is a medium-chain triglyceride which actually helps burn fat! Enjoy!
