Milk Recipes

I called this “Fortifying Banana Milk” because of the protein filled hemp seeds. This is an excellent milk to have with raw cereal or grawnola. A great morning boost and so quick & easy!

This goes fantastic with bananas or any type of sweetener and some cacao and maca powder. This milk is full of calcium and healthy plant fat.

I wanted something different for breakfast, so I began rummaging through my fridge and realized that I still had some figs in the back (picked up a basket at the LOCAL market! Yay for local figs!!!), and a jar of some banana milk, too! I decided to change my old recipe of PB, yogurt, and sunflower seeds, to a better version with mylk instead!

Here is another nut mylk recipe with a slight citrus kick! You can use extract as a substitute for the zest, but I tried it once, and the taste doesn’t compare. Use the zest for real, authentic flavor!

A whole lotta Horchata!~ This is a great tasting drink! It’s basically Mexican sweet rice milk. Usually, it is made with white rice, sugar, and vanilla, but I did not have vanilla and I don’t eat white rice or sugar, so I used brown rice and raisins, and it tasted just the same! It’s heaven in a cup, so drink up!

I prefer this milk over nut milks! It is quick, easy, lighter, smoother and fat free. My Kids love it. It tastes slightly banana…but not overwhelming! Enjoy!

My seeds are a lot less expensive than my almonds and it’s nice to change it up a bit!

This is a yummy nut mylk for those who love the synergistic combination of cacao and maca.

Zesty jalapenos with smooth cilantro create an authentic thai flavor. The dish can be garnished with chopped bell pepper, cilantro, and basil if desired.

This is a creamy, not shake like thick, cold milk! Creamy, sweet, very light ivory (almost while) color. Piel de Sapo melon comes from Spain and it is incredibly sweet. See picture for the melon and shake.

I’ve never been drinking coffee (I’ve tasted it though), so people who have might not agree with this, but I thought it had a slight coffee taste – very mild though. I made it for my boyfriend who’s trying to stay away from sugar, so it has no sweetener in it, but it’s quite sweet anyway.

Perfect for all applications. It’s so Easy!Try it!!!
