This is a truly refreshing drink to have on a hot summer day—goes very well w/ spicy foods because it cools the palate and is very quick to make.

This is a wonderful juice for fall and winter. Full of ginger and lemon to give an invigorating boost. It could also be a soup, if blended until warm without the ice cubes.
Place ingredients one by one in juicer. Pour into glass, relax and Enjoy. Or great on the go refreshing energy booster. Option: Spoon out some of the vegetable and fruit fiber in the juicer extractor and stir into juice for added texture and fiber. Delicious, uplifting drink.

obs: for variation you can add cucumber! or take out any… the picture is a variation: cucumber + celery + garlic + jalapeno pepper + kale + collard + carrot … yummy yummy!
This is great to have before, durring, or after any sport – or simply for a hot day. I throw it in a water bottle and take it with me to the tennis court, or on a long, long bike ride. The limons help my impulses and the agave replenishes my energy slowly without creating a sugar high/crash.

After going raw, I found that I really missed ginger ale. Most commercial ginger ales are made by boiling ginger to make an extract and adding it to soda water. The “original way” was through fermentation which is okay by me since no heat is applied. It is up to you if you think this is truly raw. It is my understanding that enzymes remain intact but that some bacteria will be killed off through the process. Give me your feedback!
