Perfect for the holidays!
A hearty winter stew. The flavors are inspired by a chicken dish I ate a lot growing up. This vegan version makes me feel much better!
This is a lovely creamy, tangy nut-free mayonnaise. I don’t like the taste of nut mayonnaises and after some research and practising, came up with this very simple mayonnaise using avocado. It has the same consistency and a nice tangy taste. It really hits the spot for me with the creaminess and likeness to mayonnaise. Other cold pressed oils can be used and other ingredients added. Experiment! Let me know what you come up with =)
This is a recipe in two parts. First is the asparagus salad. Second is pickled nastursiums pods (sorry spelling). The cool thing about this recipe is that the quanity is very adjustable. You can make the vinagrette seperate, and it will last a couple weeks. Use it on other veggies too!
Light, Sweet & Crispy! Perfect for those sweet cravings! Vanilla and Cinnamon are optional.
an easy salad to awaken the taste buds. nut free, gluten free, and no added sweeteners.
I am alway craving dark yummy chocolate but am diabetic so I have to experiment… This one is wonderful!!! But use you own judgement on measurements… As we all have our preferences… I use only Yacon as it has a low glycemic index… The cinnamon stablizes blood sugar and doesn’t really add any flavor…I used the food processor instead of the blender for the crust and a mixing bowl for the filling… A photo later…
I would’ve never dreamed these could taste so amazing…they are supremely addicting! Plus, it’s a super way to greens into your diet. I could eat 3-4 bunches of kale straight this way! This is also a great movie snack or to make with kids!
this is a wonderful salad that is quick to prepare and wakes up the taste buds
A refreshing smoothie/parfait, properly food combined, easily digestible, no nuts, seeds, oils, or sweetners necessary.
