This pudding is my favorite way to eat the SUPER nutritious chia seed, which is a complete protein, and an excellent source of calcium. The Aztec messengers, running from place to place constantly, could subsist on just a handful a day!
A great breakfast cereal! The bananas and walnuts make it filling.You don’t NEED the chia seeds to make it, they just add kind of a fun consistency.
This is my kids favorite breakfast lately—- my 6 year old one morning told me “It’s such a lovely morning starting the day with chocolate!”
