Summer Green Juice

Serves 1-2

I can drink this daily and not get tired of it. It’s completely refreshing and spicy (if you add enough ginger).

Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber (or 2 small)
  • 2 small red apples
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 handful of dark romaine leaves
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 chunk of ginger (to taste)

Preparation

Juice all ingredients and enjoy!!!
