serves 1 or 2

A great frozen treat! Tastes like frozen yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup fresh cherries

Preparation

Freeze your own fruit. Store bought is usually blanched.

Put the fruit in the blender whit the cherries on the bottom. Blend on medium speed. High speed will crush the seeds and make it sandy.

Eat.

I made this but didn’t use any strawberries (because I didn’t have any) and used frozen cherries (pitted of course!). Tasted very much like frozen yogurt. Simple yummy treat.

Woops! High speed crushes RASPBERRY SEEDS. Obviously if your;e using cherries you need to pit em first. lol
