"Instant Karma" Kale Breakfast Smoothie

Makes 1 serving.

Add all ingredients into blender and blend on high for 30 seconds (or more or less, depending on the power of your blender).

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • ¼ cup Raw Hemp Milk
  • 1 cup Frozen Peaches
  • 1 cup Kale, deveined
  • 1 Banana, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Flax Seed, ground
  • ¼ cup Blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons 100% Pure Maple Syrup

Preparation

Maple syrup can be substituted with Agave Nectar, if desired.
