Green Chill Smoothie

One Large Glass

This is a heavenly sweet and creamy smoothie for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 1 English Cucumber, chopped
  • 1 Medium Ripe Banana
  • ½ Small Avocado
  • Dates, honey, agave or stevia (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice (optional)

Preparation

Blend all ingredients, adding water as needed.
