a delicious summertime tomato soup
Ingredients
- 4 medium sized ripe tomatoes
- ½ zucchini
- ½ red pepper
- ½ shallot
- 4 green onions
- ½ red onion
- 3 sundried tomatoes, soaked
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- ½ himalayan pink crystal salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
- ½ cup fresh basil
- ½ clove of garlic
- ¼ green chili pepper
Preparation
blend and serve, garnish with green onions or fresh basil.
