No-Dehydrator Walnut Carob Cookies

Easy and quick cookie/snack bar made with only 3 ingredients and a processor! You could use dates instead of raisins if you wanted to – I haven’t but you could!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup walnuts, soaked (opt)
  • 1 cup raisins
  • ¼ cup carob or cacao powder

Preparation

Process everything in food processor until sticky. Roll into balls and enjoy!

You could also put these in a pan and refrigerate them until they were firm, then cut them into bars (like Larabars, I guess?).

Yummm! I love walnuts. :D

Have you tried dehydrating these? It sounds like a great dough for a flat walnut cookie… Think I might try that in the next couple days

No, because I don’t have a dehydrator yet. It’s in the mail, though – so I will have to try!

Right on, I’ll let you know how they turn out after dehydration ;-)
