Serves, well... How hungry are you? 1, 2, or 3

I know that guacamole has been done, but i have done basically everything you can with a avocado, and this is my and my girlfriend’s personal favorite.

As with all recipes, adjust salt to taste, but push the acidity, the lime juice is necessary with so many flavors involved.

Ingredients

  • 3 Avocados
  • 1 Tomatillos (1 medium, 2 small), Chopped
  • 2 Limes, Juiced
  • 1 tablespoon Oil (olive or flax)
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Grated (or minced)
  • 1 Jalapeno, Diced (seed for less spice)
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ cup Cilantro, Chopped

Preparation

Add avocado, lime juice, tomatillos, garlic, and salt/spices to food processor. Process 10-15 seconds, drizzle in oil (this makes it amazingly fluffy, can be omitted). Move into serving bowl and fold in jalapeno and cilantro.
