Nadia's Hippie Wrap
Serves 1
Super simple, quick and easy, nutritious and delicious. What more can I say? The funny thing about this is I do not care for any of these items alone but together… together they are one of my favorite foods!
Ingredients
- 1 Collard, Romaine, or other leafy green
- ¼ Avocado, Mashed
- 3 tablespoons Pinenuts (Pignolias)
Preparation
1. Lay out leaf.
2. Scoop mashed avocado into center spine of leaf.
3. Sprinkle pinenuts on top of avocado.
4. Roll and enjoy!

Thanks. I got the idea from a salad I used to always make. I had greens with avo and pinenuts. Modified it to make it easy to eat finger food and I actually think I prefer this now! :)

Yum… i had this today.. i added vegan cream chz and flax oil. Mmm the best always comes in simple ideas :)
