Cilantro and Chlorella...together at last
Serves 2 to 4 (or one hungry me)
Refreshing and delightlfully light while also completely filling. Easily combines cilantro for toxin mobilization and chlorella for toxin removal. An inspired version from one of Sarma Melngalis’s cilantro smoothiea
Ingredients
- 1 Head of romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 Mango, Cut up
- 1 Banana, Cut up
- 1 Kiwi, Cut up skin on
- 1 cup Cilantro, chopped
- 10 Tabs of Chlorella (about a tablespoon), Or the recommended daily dose on your pack
- 1 Juiced grapefruit
- 1 Squeeze of a lemon or lime
- ½ tablespoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Sweetner, Again, pick one
- 1 pinch Sea salt
- 1 teaspoon Spirulina (optional not for taste)
