apples in cinammon

Who does not love apples with cinnamon? :)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds, sprouted
  • 10 dry dates
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 pear
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon mixed spice
  • 2 tablespoons mesquite
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 sprinkle raisins
  • 1 apple

Preparation

Blend first 8 ingredients up and pour over chopped up apple, sprinkle with raisins. done.
