I just love my sesame seeds.

Ingredients

Preparation

base: 200ml sesame seeds – grind, 30 g coconut oil – melt, 2 tbs lucuma, 2 tbs agave nectar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, a bit of salt,

raisins

chocolate top: 50 g coconut oil – melt, pinch of salt, 1 tbs sesame seeds -grind, 1 tbs gojis -grind, 1 tsp maca, 1 tbs lucuma, 3 tbs cacao powder, 1 tbs agave nectar,

Mix the ingredients for the base and press it in some kind of tray. Sprinkle with raisins and pour the chocolate over it. When it sets, try not to eat it all at once. I usually solve that problem by sharing. :)

This looks absolutly devine! How does the lucuma taste?

I like the sweetness of lucuma, but you don’t taste it much in this. I added it more for texture than taste.

Pattywack, Bluebells, lucuma is a peruvian fruit. it is sold in a powder form. http://www.totalrawfood.com/products/&c=raw-superfoods-chocolate-ingredients-foods-and-snacks&r=raw-ancient-superfoods&p=&cat=17&range=49&product=

info on maca on that website also.

i am sure you can play with it and replace it with something like oats ground to flour.

Can someone give me the tablespoon (or other ) equivalent of the items measured in grams and ml in this recipe? I would love to make them but don’t have a clue how to convert. Thanks!

Daniefon, You don’t have to use measuring spoons. Regular spoons, that I am sure you have in your kitchen will do. It is not gonna make too much of a difference.

I guess my question didn’t make sense. What I mean is, how many tablespoons (or in cups) is 200 ml of sesame seeds. Also, how many tablespoons is 30g and 50g? Thank you. I don’t have a way to measure liters and grams!

Yes, thank you waterbaby! I winged the measurements and it still turned out delicious, but I’ll have to try it again not that I know the correct amounts. These are really good!
