White Wine Vinaigrette

Makes 1.5 cups

A yummy staple dressing! Be sure to use a NSF (no sulfate) and organic wine. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 Cup White Wine
  • 1/4 Cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 cup cold pressed extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Whisk together the wine, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper. Still whisking slowly add the oil in a steady stream to create an emulsion.

Keeps up to 1 week in fridge.
