I added this to my recipe box! Looks nice and light. I may only use one clove of garlic for the hubby’s sake. Lovely to see some nice light healthy recipes like this every once in a while.

How long do you think you could keep it in the refrigerator?

I dont know bout keeping time. Prob only 1 or 2 days. I love hummus so i usually eat it quickly. Make 1/2 mix if you dont think you will eat it all in couple of days.

Hi,

Do you keep the soaking chickpeas in the refrigerator? Do you change the soaking water over the 24hr period?

I do rinse and change water whenever i think of it. It has been hot here so i did soak in the fridge.
