i juice to get the right consistancy of pulp for my breads but feel free to shred your own way! this bread stayed white! its a new fav, slightly sweet but not over powering like my onion bread sometimes is with fixins’
Ingredients
- 2 large parsnips, shredded through a juicer
- 1 large jicama, as above
- ¼ cup ground flax
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- salt to taste
Preparation
mix all the ingredients , spread on partchment in your D and dehydrate until still soft but dry….

So you do not use the juice at all, just the pulp, right? How thick do you spread your ingredients on your dehydrator? Looks good! :)

oooh… any ideas for substituting jicama? i have only ever seen one once in the uk (very yummy) x
