Fruity smoothie, great for breakfast or in-between meal snack.

Ingredients

  • 4 pears
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1¼ cups water

Preparation

Blend well and drink.

Tried this one this morning. It’s really good, but a little thick. You don’t even taste the parsley!

ok silly question, if the pears are not organic- I am guessing I peel them first? Same question any fruit. I know they are often waxed and the pesticides, etc. I have a good old Oster blender, nothing too fancy schmancy yet.
