Mini Tropical Tacos

I got this recipes from a web site called raw table. It’s wonderful, yet unlike anything i’ve ever made before. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- Taco Shall
- 1 banana
- 1 cup butternut squash, cubbed
- 1 coconut meat
- half a cup dried coconut
- 2 green onion, white part only
- half a cup of raw almond meal
- 1/3 c coconut water
- 3 tablespoons flax seed, grounded
- 1/2 T salt

- * Mango Kiwi Salsa
- 2 Mangos, cubbed
- 2 kiwi, peeled and cubed
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1/2 Cup of cilantro, chopped
- juice of 2 limes
- 1 tablespoon celery seed
- 1 avocado
Preparation
For Taco shells: process all ingredients til mixture is smooth. Place onto Teflex sheets in mini round “taco shells”. Dehydrate @ 105 over night, flip and cont. for a few more hours. I made mine thin taco shells…. you can make yours as thick as you want.
Salsa: Chop all ingredients and combine in a bowl and let marinate.
I made a pineapple/cilantro “cream” sauce with mine… added a mini romaine lettuce leaf, added sliced avo, topped with cilantro…ect.

OH i just took a basic “cream” recipe : 1 cup maca nuts, a lil cilantro, a lil pineapple and a lil water, pinch of salt….. blended it up in the vitamix…. and wala….
