For a little variety, I soaked 1/2 cup of finely chopped onion along with the sun-dried tomatoes. I eat these often so always looking for slight changes to keep it interesting. They’re so great with a super salad!

How did you get them to be perfect triangles?

I meant to say rectangles. When I break them up they come out like triangles.

You can get perfect squares by scoring the crackers before dehydrating. After spreading on teflex sheets, run your spatula through the mix where you want to be able to break. When they are dehydrated, the crackers break pretty easily along those lines.

or if you forget to do that…you can use a pizza cutter.

oh wait…are these too crunchy to do that?

Yeah, the crackers are pretty crunchy out of the dehydrator. You can still break them apart when they’re dry, but they’re pretty jagged. Still yummy!

I have to add that this is the recipe I make most off of this site since it’s very inexpensive and a no brainer to make. I always have some of these crackers on hand and try various toppings on them. They rock.
