Green Berry Smoothie - just the way I like it
Ingredients
- 1 handful of spinach leaves
- ¾ cup mixed berries (either frozen or fresh)
- 1 banana
- ¼ cup soy milk
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or manuka honey
Preparation
Put all ingrediants together in a blender. Blend until smooth. Thank it. Bless it. Love it.
