Green Berry Smoothie - just the way I like it

Ingredients

  • 1 handful of spinach leaves
  • ¾ cup mixed berries (either frozen or fresh)
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup soy milk
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or manuka honey

Preparation

Put all ingrediants together in a blender. Blend until smooth. Thank it. Bless it. Love it.
