makes 12 - 20 depending on size of cookie

I had been wanting to make these for awhile and i finally did! these are truly amazing cookies! and this is probably the best thing ive ever made! i got this recipe from the daily raw cafe. so thats who the credit for the recipe goes to.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat groats sprouted (i did mine for 36 hours)
  • ¾ cup Raisins (or even Goji Berries if you like!)
  • ½ cup Soaked then dehydrated almonds ground into flour
  • ¼ cup Agave Nectar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon Sea Salt

Preparation

Place oat groats in a food processor and pulse until it’s an oatmeal consistency. Put mixture into a large bowl, add almond flour, raisins, agave nectar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon and sea salt. Mix well.

Form into cookies and place on the Teflex sheet. Dehydrate at 105 degrees for as long as it takes to get them to your liking. i did mine for almost 24 hours before i thought they were done.

These were very tasty. I didn’t use the ground almond, I only used the grooud oats mixed with everything else. I really enjoyed them. Making another batch tonight with shredded coconut and walnut or pecan pieces. If I had some chocolate, I would make some cowboys cookies-raw style.
