I had fun making these nut cheese truffles. Serve it with buckwheat bread, fruits tomatoes and basil. Or just eat it by itself – don’t over do it though! Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Dry Italian Herbs
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Black and White Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Almond Flour
  • 2 cups Nut Cheese

Preparation

Roll the nut cheese into small balls. I use a tsp to measure the amount for each ball. Coat the nut cheese and serve!

(blush) thanks for your kind words. appreciate it. I was smiling all along making those little ones… they are cute :-)

My hunny and I devoured it after taking that picture…It was delicious. Each ball had it’s own unique flavor yet they all have the same cheese base. I can’t say if one is better tasting than the other.

I plan to serve this in parties.

hi 123, sorry for the delay of my reply…i pretty much used some of the recipes found in this site: http://www.rawfreedomcommunity.info/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=73

I make different ones all the time to try out all recipes before creating one myself – and yet to create one that I like but I’ll make sure I post it up once I come up with a good one!

thanks for your patience

Hi Joyce, you can use any nut cheese recipe. One nice one is from Chef Chad’s site, http://www.rawchef.com/products-br-1.php.

Enjoy!
