superfoods fudge

1 chocoholic

ridiculously healthy chocolate

Ingredients

  • cacao powder
  • coconut oil
  • goji berries
  • hemp protein powder
  • blue green algae
  • agave nectar
  • almond butter
  • maca root powder (two tablets)
  • dash salt

Preparation

i didn’t measure at all, so start out with a tablespoon of each ingredient (except the salt and maca), and add to taste from there. the cacao and agave masks the taste of the blue green algae and hemp protein, so it just tastes like a great dark chocolate.

mix everything together and freeze! you’ll be able to eat it like a candy bar once it hardens. it softens pretty quickly at room temperature.

this chocolate tastes great and will make you will feel amazing!

I love the head trip when I confront something super-rich and sweet and delicious and decadent and know I can eat it without any guilt whatsoever! Saying an unqualified ‘yes’ to whatever I want to eat is one of the best things for me about raw food. Thanks for the recipe loucakes…now I have to buy algae and find my maca…
