Chocolate Fudge Sauce

Serves 2 chocolaholics

This is heavenly chocolate fudge sauce, I dip fruit like fondue or pour over sliced bananas or raw ice cream. So delicious and irresistible!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Raw Almond Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Raw Cashew Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Raw Agave Nectar, or more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Raw Coconut Butter, or more to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Raw Cacao Powder, or more to taste (I like more!)
  • ¼ cup warm-hot water, or more for desired consistency

Preparation

I use magic bullet – if all you have is a blender, double or triple the recipe and add enough water to blend all ingredients smoothly. In the magic bullet I put in water first so it would blend smoothly and add more water for the desired consistency (thinner for fondue, thicker for ice cream). I add more than 2 TB cacao powder because I like it intense and dark.

hi, when you say coconut butter..are you talking about coconut oil? ...I have a jar of coconut butter, but it is actually whole coconut pureed like almond butter is, instead of oil..I want to try this, but don’t want to use the wrong ingredient.

I used coconut butter, I like the texture. But let’s try it with coconut oil! And perhaps add a little of vanilla as well? =D
