pistachio honey butter
makes about 1 cup
I cant remember where I found this recipe but it’s really a great snack to serve up super quick on anything crisp,I am very fond of it on celery
Ingredients
- 1 cup pistachios
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- dash celtic sea salt
- sprinkle lemon juice
Preparation
throw everything in your food processor and process til its nice and creamy..or chunky if you like!

In Vermont we have a couple whole foods stores that sell them labeled as raw. I haven’t seen them in the local co-op however. But they are available

Hi M@tt, I also get my raw organic pistachios from wholefoods but if you really can’t find them there’s always the option of buying them online. Kandace, I havent tried it with agave yet but I bet it would work out and still be as good, let me know if you try it I am curious
