Hint-O-Wheatgrass Smoothie
Serves 3
Fruity smoothie with a hint of wheatgrass with a refreshing aftertaste.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Nut Milk
- 1 cup Orange Juice, Fresh
- 1 cup Strawberries, Frozen
- 1 cup Cherry Juice, Juiced in your Juicer
- 1 Banana Juice, Juiced in your Juicer
- ¼ cup Mangoes, Frozen
- ¼ cup Peaches, Frozen
- ¼ cup Frozen Mixed Fruit (Melon, Pineapple, Grapes ect.), Frozen
- ⅛ cup Wheatgrass Juice, Juiced in your Juicer
- ⅛ cup Carrot Juice, Juiced in your Juicer
Preparation
1. Blend in blender!
2. Enjoy
NOTE: Measurements are estimates. Juiced in your juicer= Juice the fresh fruit in a good juicer (such as a wheatgrass juicer)
