Oh So Delicious Miso Soup!!
Serves 1-2
This recipe is an adaption of two other miso soup recipes I like. I felt like having a really hearty and indulgent bowl of soup, so I blended the ingredients. The results were wonderful and satisfying. I’m going to be making this one a lot.You may need to adjust some ingredients to suit your tastes.

- 3 Green onions, Chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro, Chopped coarsely
- A variety of sea vegetables, wakame, kelp, dulse..., Cut up, soaked and rinsed

loveskale – try using a cheese grater for your zucchini noodles. I don’t have a spiralizer either, but I put my old cheese grater to good use with vegetables like zucchini & cucumbers. I wish I could try SeaTangle noodles too, but the website I had found that sold them individually no longer exists. And I honestly can’t afford the nearly $44 fee for a case (that includes shipping to NY, but still!!! That’s A LOT!!) Oh Well… maybe one day the health food shops on the East Coast can get them in stock.

Loveskale, you can use a vegetable peeler to make tagelatelle type noodles they come out quite thin but are longer than the ones from a grater, that was what i did until I got my sprialiser… :-)
