Super-Light Chocolate Pudding!

Serves 4

I accidentally came up with this trying to make a smoothie earlier. It’s all superfood, and has the texture of traditional chocolate pudding!

Ingredients

  • 1 Mexican Papaya, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Hempseed, shelled
  • ⅔ cup Cacao Powder, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Raw Local Honey, to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Local Bee Pollen
  • 2 tablespoons Peruvian Maca

Preparation

Blend ingredients until smooth. Top with goji berries, pomegranate, or hempseed.

By the way, I had to use my cell camera for the picture, hopefully I’ll have my camera on me next time I make this.

This sounds like such great combination… i want to try it once I’ll get papaya… Mexican Papaya… Did you hear all Hawaiian papayas are being radiated before shipment?
