Ingredients

  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 Apple
  • 3 Dates
  • 1 tablespoon VitaMineral Green (or similar)
  • 1 teaspoon Ground flax seed (optional)
  • 1 cup Water

Preparation

Slam all the ingredients into the blender and kick it up!

Thanks for the recipe. I added more spinach to mine and subsituted a 1 and a half bananas for the apple. Really sweet.
