Ingredients
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1 Apple
- 3 Dates
- 1 tablespoon VitaMineral Green (or similar)
- 1 teaspoon Ground flax seed (optional)
- 1 cup Water
Preparation
Slam all the ingredients into the blender and kick it up!

Thanks for the recipe. I added more spinach to mine and subsituted a 1 and a half bananas for the apple. Really sweet.
