Spicy Dressing

Easy and quick to make dressing if you want to add spicy taste to your food. Give it a try :)

Ingredients

  • ½ cup extra virgin oil
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons (heaped) tomato puree/ketchup
  • 4 tablespoons lime juice (approx 2 limes)

Preparation

Mix well all together and enjoy!!! It’s not very hot, but pleasantly spicy. (Add more cayenne pepper if you like very spicy). Store in fridge.

The recipe sounds good. I don’t believe tomato puree or ketchup is raw. Do you think we could use soaked and pureed sundried tomatoes?
