Loved it. So quick! Plus, you could try a different raw nut butter every time, and never tire of it. Would be awesome for kids, too.

I eat these all the time now. Sometimes I use dried cherries or blueberries instead of the raisins. I guess I just refuse to grow up :)

When I was young, I remember having a variation of this with cream cheese. I wonder if one of the raw cheeses might be good here. Most of the ones I have tried might be too runny.

Mullberries are an excellent raisin alternative. I remember having my first ants on a log in kindergarten. It was so much fun to just have those 3 simple things that I just had to run home and show everyone. Nice going Kandace =D Looks delicious

I bet a variation with goji berries would be tasty.

I made this just yesterday for myself, using a romaine lettuce leaf instead of celery. It was good, but not as juicy. And as I was eating, my son decided to make one for himself.

I make this and take this to work everyday. I STUFF mine with raisins till you can’t see the almond butter though. More like ant infested logs! LOL

I’m thrilled that you posted this! I had forgotten how much I love these logs. I’m having mine with raw cashew butter.
