Stuffing
Serves 4
It’s not your traditional stuffing, but it’s good!
Ingredients
- 2 cups corn
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup onion, minced
- ¼ cup celery, minced
- ¼ cup carrot, shredded
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon jalapeƱo, minced
- ½ cup Celtic sea salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a serving bowl. Simply mix and serve.
You can substitute Nama Shoyu for the sea salt if you wish.
