Not Really Hummus 2

Serves 4 ( I think, I just made it and have alot left)

I just made this by accident. I just started using a cheese cloth to strain my nut milk’s and wow!!!! I have bee missing out on all the recipe’s that could be made from the seed remains.

I’ve eaten alot of hummus in my life and this taste’s like hummus!! But, without, the heaviness from the garbanzo beans.

I love being raw!!!!!

Ingredients

Preparation

1. Use any left over’s from your strained nut milk, from the cheese cloth. ( I had left over’s from 1 cashew milk and 1 sunflower seed milk, it will have a cheesy consistency).

2. Combine in a bowl.

3. Add some Nama Shoyo.

4. ” ” Garlic Powder.

5. ” ” Celtic Salt.

6. ” ” Nutritional Yeast.

7. ” ” Olive Oil.

8. Stir and enjoy with some raw crackers.I had it with Onion Garlic Flax Crackers.

This is a great idea! I thought that hummus had lemon juice in it but otherwise it sounds great!

cool I was gonna make nut milk tonight, so I have sumthin to do with the leftovers! Smart idea and tasty idea. Major kudos to ya :)
