Serves 1Delicious invigorating smoothie. Full of antioxidants!
Ingredients:
1 banana, frozen
1 pineapple, diced
1 cup milk of any variety
1
tablespoon matcha green tea powder
1 dash cinnamon
ice if desired
Preparation:
Blend all the ingredients together and enjoy! Also delicious with a little dash of vanilla
