Yummy Year-Round Apple Pudding
my colon hydrotherapist was telling me about making raw applesauce, and i didn’t believe it would work. so i went to work in the kitchen, and decided to make it a pudding-y type of treat. great success! it’s very yummy and gets a bit thicker once chilled. makes almost 2 full pint-sized sprouting glass jar’s worth. enjoy!
2 red apples, chopped
3 tablespoon chia seeds, soaked in 1 cup water for 30 minutes
1 cup dried apricots, soaked in water at
least 30 minutes
pinch cinnamon, ginger (fresh or powder)
pinch cinnamon, ginger (fresh or powder)
get soaking once you decide you want a treat. it’s super easy after that:
blend very thooroughly and pour into jars. pop into the fridge, and i think i may even try freezing it in
pops!
if i had vanilla powder i think it would be magnificent. and you can definitely feel free to add sweetener, or to substitute a similar dried fruit.
