You Don't Have To Call it Hummus

Servings:
8 -12 ozA nice treat for garlic lovers to be eatin with flax crackers.
Ingredients:
3/4 C Sunflower Seeds (soaked over night)
1/2 C Sesame Seed Oil (or Flaw Oil)
1/4 C Lemon
Juice
3 Cloves Garlic
1/4 t Cumin
1/4 t Cayenne (30,000 HU)
2 T Nama Shoyu
Preparation:
Place pre-soaked sesame seeds in blender. Press 3 cloves of garlic or just put 3 cloves in the blender. Put the remaining ingredients in and blend until smooth. Enjoy.
