melt the coconut oil in a double boiler or a glass jar placed in a pan with a warm water, add some agave (the amount depends on how sweet you like your chocolate to be), add some vanilla (scrape the seeds of the bean), start adding your ground almonds and coconut flakes until it gets thicker. pour into nice molds and place in the freezer for about 30 min. eat. enjoy :)
**you can probably substitute coconut oil with cocoa butter or use half of each. i just had coconut oil at home and it worked well.
