Servings:
Makes about 2-3 servings for small seedless watermelons.Watermelon is delightful when it is freshly cut open, and blended in the blender. However, if you have a melon that is overly ripe, or not as sweet, you may need to play doctor. Here is what I added to turn a not so sweet one, into a candy drink.
Ingredients:
1 Watermelon, Deseeded
1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
1 pinch Sea Salt
Agave Syrup , Sweeten to taste
Preparation:
WASH your melon before cutting into it. Scoop all of the goodies out, and put them in the blender. If you have a watermelon with seeds, just remove the hard ones. (Though I hear they are good for tea.) Add the remaining ingredients, blend, and enjoy.
