Thanks very much for your recipe! I didn’t have any mushrooms, so I used red pepper and broccoli instead. It was very good. The dough was delicious even before it went into the dehydrator. I had it with spirulized carrot and courgette.

Actually I didn't even sprout the oats and I order the sprouted spelt flour (not purely raw, but pretty close). Anyways, I'm sure they'd be even better sprouted and dried, but I'm just saying that this can be a really quick recipe if you're not starting entirely from scratch.

Thanks for this recipe. Being of a mature age, I am always looking for the good oldy recipes changed to raw.
When I try this recipe, think I will soften up the veggies in the dehydrator.
