A always lovely smoothie I come back to again and again, and I never tire of it. It tastes a lot like a Booster Juice. So pink and refreshing!
1 big orange, leaving white pith on
1 big handful of frozen strawberries
1 small handful of frozen cranberries
1 tablespoon of raw honey
a smattering of pumpking seeds (for zinc)
1 cup of ice, according to the consistency you want
Blend all together with a high-powered blender and presto…you have a high boost of Vitamin C!!!
