Veg Stock
Servings:
Around 6 cupsGood soup base for raw soups and chowders.
Ingredients:
2 lage carrot
2 stalk celery
1 bunch scallions
1 teaspoon olive
oil
4 clove garlic
8 sprigs parsley
6 sprigs of thyme
2 quarts water
sea salt to taste
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well. Sprain the mixture through a strainer.
