Servings:
Makes 2 cups of cremeI guess this is more like macadamia cream, but it has some quality that gets rid of that noticeable mac flavor. This is really easy to make and I even ate it when I was really full.
It comes from the Complete Book of Raw Food.
Ingredients:
1 cup raw macadamia nuts, unsoaked
seeds from 1/4 - 1/2 vanilla bean
Preparation:
Blend the nuts in a food processor or coffee grinder until a smooth cream, a little like nut butter, but don’t make it too liquidy like nut butter. Just smooth and creamy. And the vanilla bean seeds and agave (sweet is optional) and process a little more just to mix everything. It’s that simple! Yeah!

Yeah, actually it's not even supposed to have a sweetenner in it! I'll change that and add the source:)

Oops! Wrong profile - thanks! I want to try the non-sweet version

Yeah Superman! It actually seems better without a sweetener! :)

This IS simple - thank you! Have you tried it without the agave?
