Soak oats for a few hrs to increase digestibility. Add all ingredients and put in blender until creamy. Add a bit more hemp milk or water if too thick. Enjoy!!!

Ok…I have been too busy to make anything else but smoothies in the morning and I’ve been needing an idea to get greens in my smoothie but still pack it with protein to make it filling. This smoothie was adapted from one i saw online. It is by far the most filling morning smoothie I have made and it’s awesome for those who want to get in greens but don’t want to taste them. The flaxseed, chia powder, walnuts make this very high in omega 3 protein. Banana sweetens it and takes away the taste of the greens. Sooooo filling and yummy! A great variation to my raw oatmeal smoothie.

i got the chia powder/flax seed powder blend at whole foods btw.

this time i used true raw oats ;) My friend got them online from a trusted source and gave me some..I will find out where she got them because i plan to order some.
