Tropical Fruit Salad/Salsa!

4 servings salad or 8 servings salsaHere’s a simplified tropical favorite. Cut the fruit into large dice for a sweet and savory salad or dice it small for a salsa. Feel free to other fruit you have on hand like papaya or other types of citrus. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 pineapple, diced
2 mangoes, diced
½ red onion,
diced
½ jalepeno (seeded or not to taste), minced
2 limes, juiced
salt and pepper, to taste
½ bunch cilantro, roughly chopped
Preparation:
Dice to the fruit and onions to desired size, mix with remaining ingredients and enjoy! Also stays fresh in the fridge for several days.

If you seed the jalepenos it just adds a lovely flavor not too much heat at all. I'm a wuss when it comes to spicy foods!

This looks delicious. Is it quite hot with the jalepeno?
