Recipe Directions

1. To prepare the oranges, I cut it in quarters, cut off the center vein, and re-sliced each slice one more time (making it into eighths).

2. Then I peeled the orange of its skin (by hand or with a paring knife) and diced the slices.

3. Add all diced fruit to a large bowl and coat with agave (if using). Serve and enjoy!

This fruit salad is one of my kids' favorites.

Of course, you can add any fruit of your choice.

In the summer, we add raspberries and/or strawberries.

Ooooh, and chopped dates! Or maybe a tropical fruit or berries blended with agave and soaked dates and poured on top! I'm soo hungry now!!

Sounds good. I make a similar one with grapes, lime juice and agave for the dressing.
